Solar Photovoltaic Systems
With an energy source as abundant as the sun, and
a growing need to supply carbon neutral,
as well as a reliable electricity to your home, business or pump,
Solar Power is what you need.

Power your home, business or pump and save huge on rising energy costs
with our Solar Solutions.
We design different systems according to our client’s needs.
How we do it
LISTEN

We listen to our clients to understand
their requirements or what they want to achieve with the Solar system.
DESIGN

With all required information gathered we then use intelligent design software to aid us in the design of the Solar Photovoltaic System. A quotation is provided based on the design after acceptance of the design by the client.
Manage Installation

We manage the installation, and provide training of the Solar system.
We also do a follow up visit to check and confirm that the Solar system is performing as per the design criteria.
Energy independence is within reach.

Our PV Systems
Grid Tied PV system
The grid tied PV system is a common and cost-effective option to reduce electricity bills. It consists of PV modules, a grid connected inverter, associated mounting hardware, and electrical cables and safety devices. You can generate your own renewable energy on site, and supplement your electricity needs from the local utility grid (ESKOM) when the PV system is not supplying enough energy. You can also export excess electricity back to the grid when the PV system is generating more electricity than you need during daylight hours. The way this exported electricity is metered and the rate of financial return is determined by your utility provider. The downside of this system configuration is that you are still connected to the grid. Depending on local regulations the system will automatically shut down if the grid becomes unavailable (ie. load shedding), meaning you will not produce any solar power during this time, and would still experience blackouts. You would also only use solar power during daylight hours with good solar irradiation, so at night and on cloudy days you would still draw power from the grid and pay an electricity bill.
Hybrid System (Grid tied with batteries)
A Hybrid System is grid tied and with batteries gives you the best of both worlds. The PV modules can be used to charge a battery bank during the day, and then provide this electricity to your home or business whenever it is needed (load shedding, day or night). Maintaining a connection to the grid also allows for electricity to be supplied during periods of high use or when the weather is bad for extended periods. Depending on local municipal regulations, you may be able to export with compensation any excess electricity generated from your Solar system to the grid (ESKOM), and attract a higher rate of return on your Solar system.
Off Grid PV System
Off-Grid Solar Systems are installed in situations where the electricity grid (ESKOM) is not available or far away, or the client wishes to become completely independent of the grid (ESKOM).
An off-grid system is not connected to the electricity grid (ESKOM) and therefore requires battery storage. An off-grid solar system must be designed appropriately so that it will generate enough power throughout the year and have enough battery capacity to meet the home’s requirements, even in the depths of winter when there is less sunlight.
The high cost of batteries and inverters means off-grid systems are more expensive than on-grid systems. However, battery technology is improving, and costs are reducing rapidly, so there is now a growing market for off-grid solar battery systems in cities and towns.
PV System for Geysers
Convert your current geyser to a Solar PV water heating system. Water heating accounts for 40% of a typical home’s energy use.

This system can provide up to 80% of your hot water needs. This translates to major utility bill savings, month after month.

The Solar PV panels can be utilized when you upgrade to a larger Solar PV system for your house.
