Forming

All our Gutters are roll formed on site. The machine is mounted in a mobile unit which also holds all the required tools. The Gutters are roll formed to exact size, thus no joints and no wastage.

Installation

Our services are offered to construction companies and owners of residential and commercial properties offering a high-quality service. The installation is done by our skilled personnel and not undertaken by sub-contractors. The Gutters can be fixed to the facia boards, rafter ends, hung from the roof or wall. The brackets used are concealed in the Gutter that provides a clear seamless look.

Gutter profiles and specifications

Both our Domestic and Industrial Gutters are ‘OGEE’ style Gutter. ‘OGEE’ is a term that refers to any architectural design that incorporates a double curve with the shape of an elongated S.

The seamless gutters come in two sizes, 125mm for domestic installations and 150mm for industrial installations.

Colour

The Gutters are painted with a Colour-Tec G4 Polyester based paint. The G4 paint coating has a thickness of 20 μm. The paint will not crack, peel or chip.
